  In January 2022, seniors' homes providing long-term and short-term accommodation services began operations. 
 Modern and contemporary single and double rooms with all amenities, spacious seating areas, a dining area and a private kitchenette await visitors. For the convenience of seniors and persons with reduced mobility, the lift for the disabled is a hygiene room adapted for the disabled. Free internet and TV are available in all areas and rooms. According to the needs and opportunities of the seniors, the staff will take care of meaningful leisure and employment.
 Next to the Seniors' House is Catholic house of prayer, LIDL shopping center, bus station 2 minutes away. The city center is 1 km away.  
 Social services and prices are determined individually according to the wishes, age and health of the developer
